The integrated thermoplastic forming and fabrication company. | At J & A Kay, we have the very latest vacuum forming equipment, processing thermoplastics from 0.75mm to 10 mm thick, and up to 3 by 1.5 metres in size. Our CNC trimming robots, machine 3 dimensional components in 5-axis, and our dedicated team of fabricators handle the most demanding assemblies. We provide a specialist manufacturing service of a technical nature to other industrial manufacturers - typically OEMs. We work closely with a broad range of customers, using advanced CAD software and manufacturing techniques to develop, tool and manufacture good looking and functional thermoplastic components for a multitude of applications.
