Our 28,000 sq.ft. manufacturing area houses the very latest thermoforming and finishing technology available. State of the art, fully automatic vacuum forming machines (up to 3m x 1.5m) feed CNC 5 axis trimmers (up to 3.4 x 1.4m) and a host of further finishing and assembly activities.

Recent investment, exceeds £1.5m; in addition to plant and machinery, this includes CAD services and training. Our commitment to development makes us well placed to meet customer demands from the initial enquiry, through design and tooling, to delivery.
