At J & A Kay we offer a broad range of finishing processes including: routing, polishing, line forming, screen printing and assembly.

Line forming machines up to 3 metres in length with multiple beams.
Diamond edge polishing up to 40mm wide and the more common flame and mop polishing
Flat bed routers and computer controlled 2-axis routing.
Silk screen-printing beds up to 1.5 x 1.0 metres, with a screen making and wash-off facility

We use a number of tried and tested sub-contract partners who support our activities. Typically, they supply us with metalwork, painting, specialist coatings, and a wide range of fixtures and fittings. Our partners are chosen for their ability to bring first class product to the customer and deliver value for money.
